Day of Coordinator will help with vendor deliveries, day of itinerary, set-up and break down
Day of Coordinator will also assist with day of errands to serve the needs of the bride, groom and their families.
We will schedule a meeting with the bride 1 month prior to the event to get all necessary details regarding vendors & itinerary.
$100.00 discount for all Promoters, Caterers, Non Profits and Student Orgs. (Excludes Commissioned, Agent-Assisted Rentals)

Exclusive use of event space from 9AM (day of your event) until 2AM the following morning. You will receive a key to the space upon our receipt of final payment. We ask that when the event is over you put the key in our mailbox located by the front door.
Use of on-premises tables and chairs for up to 100 guests.
This is a self service facility – you may bring your own alcoholic beverages and catering – we have a cheerful and friendly staff to meet all your needs. We have licensed bartenders and security guards available for hire upon request. For rates info please contact us. There are NO additional fees to bring in outside catering or bar services.
Ready to book?
A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are required to secure your event. The balance of your rental fee is due (1) week prior to your event. The above is our general information. Your desired date is an inquiry and not a secured event until rental deposit and contract are completed and received.
